The name of this tune could also be "good memories": It seems like ages ago that yours truly Atwashere and the Berlin-based producer Krixaw met at a festival in the Ruhr area. They arranged to meet for a session in the studio ... and the result is this instrumental piece. Why is it called "16 Pads"? Because it consists of tons of samples, all neatly cut up and pulled onto the pads of an MPC, arranged in the style of boombap to pay homage to the old school of hip hop. Enjoy and listen this.

PS: Take this as a first introduction to Krixaw's awesome variety of musical works. Look forward to more of his releases soon on our label.
